Rachel A. Whitaker is an attorney in Blacksburg, Virginia and has been with The Law Office of Joel Jackson since May of 2015. She represents individuals who have been charged with serious criminal and traffic offenses and is admitted to practice in Virginia state courts.
Rachel has appeared on behalf of clients in courtrooms throughout Southwest Virginia, including Bland County, Carroll County, Giles County, Montgomery County, Pulaski County, Roanoke County, Smyth County, Wythe County, and the cities of Radford and Salem.
